We try to offer our p&p charges to be as fair as possible, many of our competitors offer lower or even free p&p but as we all know, no one will deliver goods for free so they hide there p&p within there goods prices, we have listed below our charges but if you find any of our competitors within the UK offering a lower price for your goods with combined goods and p&p charges, let us know and we will review our prices to fall in line or better wherever we can.

You must allow up to 21 days from your order date for any items/orders to arrive before we can offer any refunds/replacements to be sent as Royal mail will not accept any parcel to be lost until 15 working days from the expected delivery date as passed.

We reserve the right to send a similar colour/shape/sized sweet or a different sweet/brand/make/size/colour/shape/packaging from the one shown in our images if we are out of stock on the ones ordered unless you add a note at checkout requesting no alternatives to be sent in which case we will attempt to contact you by your provided contact phone number/email address to inform you have any out of stock products/delays.

PLEASE NOTE; If your sweets are required to be a certain colour/mix/size/shape etc for any special occasions/events especially Wedding favors/ Valentines/ Anniversary's, Birthdays, Xmas presents etc, please either email us to check your requirements or phone and add notes in your notes to seller option box at time of your order as we cannot replace products after sent for any of the above reasons unless pre arranged and approved by our Sales/customer service team.

BB4 Dates.
Please note that all our sweets are sent well within the products BB4 Dates unless stated different on the product listing page which we advise you read clearly in full before making your purchase, also on items reduced to clear or on special reduced/discounted prices the may be (if shown on the product listing) due to the product passed its BB4 date which can vary in length and is usually stated on the listing and/or the products sent - BB4 Dates are only an approx manufacture guide to when a product is deemed to be still at its very best and in most cases - more so with sweets food products with BB4 Dates a perfectly fine to eat/consume several months passed a BB4 Date and even as long as 18 months or more with some sweets subject to correct storage/packing.
We will always test/check any products we send/supply/sell which are long passed the BB4 date to make sure they are still fit for eating and of a good standard as the products should be/taste.
